Within Japan, Kestose is delivered by Click Post to your mailbox, so please choose the option that fits your mailbox slot. International orders are shipped by international mail, and an English label is included with every international order.

Delivery in Japan (Click Post)

For deliveries within Japan: if you would like your parcel left somewhere other than a delivery box or locked container (such as at your front door), please submit a request to Japan Post using the button below (Japanese only).
Request delivery to a specified location (Japan Post)
Click Post is normally delivered to your mailbox. If the parcel does not fit, the carrier will try to hand it over in person; if you are not home, a notice will be left and the parcel will be taken back to the post office.
If your address has a qualifying delivery box or locked container, the parcel will be left there when you are not home, with no advance request needed.

About the package

To prevent the bag from swelling or bursting due to pressure changes or impact during transport, there are tiny ventilation holes (pinholes) at the bottom of the outer package.
This is intentional to protect product quality and is not a defect.
