Information regarding product packaging

Thank you very much for shopping with us.
We ship orders via Japan Post or Yamato Transport. Depending on the shipping method, each shipping box can hold up to two items. Therefore, orders of three or more items may be shipped in two or more separate packages.

For example:

  • Two items: Shipped in one package
  • Three or four items: Shipped in two packages
  • Five or more items: Shipped in as many packages as needed

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, the packages may arrive separately, depending on delivery conditions. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding that this measure helps keep shipping costs down.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Choose a Packaging Method

Kestose is shipped via Click Post. We offer two packaging options: standard packaging (cardboard box) and simple packaging (plastic bag). Click Post is usually delivered to the mailbox at your address, so please choose a packaging method that fits the size of your mailbox slot.

Leaving Click Post Deliveries in a Safe Place

If you would like your package left somewhere other than a delivery box or a lockable container by your front door (such as outside your front door), please submit a request using the button below.
Click Post deliveries are generally delivered to your mailbox. However, if the package cannot be fully placed inside the mailbox, the carrier will attempt to deliver it in person. If no one is home to receive it, a delivery notice will be left and the package will be taken back to the post office.
If your address has a delivery box or lockable container by the front door that meets the requirements, no advance request is needed. If no one is home, the package will be delivered there.

Product Packaging

To prevent the bag from expanding or bursting due to changes in air pressure or impacts during transit, tiny ventilation holes (pinholes) are made in the bottom of the outer packaging.
This is a feature of the packaging designed to maintain product quality, and is not a defect. Please use the product with confidence.
