Add one packet per day to yogurt or drinks, or enjoy as is.
It has a faint sweetness.

Contains 100% oligosaccharide Kestose, the smallest unit composed of trisaccharides. It selectively increases ``Bifidobacterium'', ``Lactic acid bacteria'', and ``Butyric acid bacteria'' that exist in the intestines and are necessary for maintaining health, and specifically increases ``acetic acid'' and ``Butyric acid'' among short chain fatty acids.

Prebiotic oligosaccharides that increase the number of good bacteria in the intestines.
