International Shipping

We offer shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom via Japan Post's EMS, which includes tracking. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred. Designation of shipping carriers or delivery dates is not available.

Available Payment Methods

We accept PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The currency for payment is determined by your credit card issuer or PayPal registration country. Exchange rates are generally based on the market rate between 11:00–12:00 JST, though rates may vary outside this time frame in some cases.

How to Use Our Service

Access our website from an eligible country to place an order. Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days. Shipping costs vary by package weight, starting at ¥3,500 for 1–499g (displayed in JPY, converted to your local currency). See details below:

Order Weight and Shipping Fees

• 1–499g: ¥3,500
• 500–749g: ¥5,500
• 750–1249g: ¥6,500
• 1250–1499g: ¥7,000
• 1500–1749g: ¥8,000
• 1750–1999g: ¥9,000

Fees are automatically converted to your local currency.

Delivery Time

Delivery takes approximately 5 days for Asia and Oceania, and 1–2 weeks for other regions. EMS insurance is covered by us. Gift wrapping is not available.

Order and Delivery Process

1. Select products eligible for international shipping and place your order.
2. Receive an automated order confirmation email (please check your spam folder).
3. If there are issues with your order or shipping details, we will contact you separately.
4. Upon shipment, a "Shipping Confirmation Email" with the tracking number will be sent.
5. EMS will provide regular updates on your package status.

Changes to orders, shipping addresses, or cancellations are not possible after shipment. If you are unavailable during delivery, the courier may contact you. Arrange redelivery or address changes directly with the courier. Occasionally, delivery notices may not be left, so please monitor your package status. If unclaimed, packages may be returned or disposed of, and refunds will not be issued.

Customs Duties

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) or Value-Added Tax (VAT), as determined by the destination country’s customs authority. We cannot provide information on the applicability or amount of these charges. Please contact your local customs office for details.

Additional Charges

Delays in customs clearance may incur storage fees. Address changes or package forwarding may also result in additional fees, which will be billed to the customer.
