Collection: KESTOSE

It is a trisaccharide oligosaccharide consisting of sucrose bound to one fructose molecule, and has a sweetness similar to that of sugar.
Additionally, because kestose is resistant to digestion, it reaches the intestines without being digested in the body, where it increases beneficial bacteria that are believed to be beneficial to human health, such as bifidobacteria, lactic acid bacteria, and butyric acid-producing bacteria.
Please use it as a food ingredient (prebiotic) to improve the health of your intestinal flora and help maintain your daily health.
