How to eat
Take one packet per day by adding it to yogurt or a drink, or consume as is.
It has a subtle sweetness.

Contains 100% kestose, the smallest unit of oligosaccharides made up of three sugars. It selectively increases the bifidobacteria, lactic acid bacteria, and butyric acid bacteria in the intestines, which are necessary for maintaining good health, and specifically increases the levels of acetic acid and butyric acid, among other short-chain fatty acids.
